I am undertaking my MA in humanistic counselling and my interest is in therapists spirituality and how this may influence the therapeutic process.

This research is a qualitative piece of research and I will be using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis to analyse the data. I am looking for participants who would like to be interviewed about how their spirituality influences their counselling practice. Your participation will be hugely appreciated and valued.

This important research forms part of my Masters Degree in Counselling which I am carrying out at York St John University.

WHO?

I am looking for 4-6 participants who are aligned within a counselling or psychotherapist membership group such as ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, UKCP who understand their own spirituality and are able to share experiences of how this has influenced the therapeutic process.

WHAT?

Participants will be invited to an individual online interview, with a compassionate researcher, lasting around 60 minutes. Questions will be about your understanding of your own personal spirituality and how you perceive this influences the therapeutic process.

INTERESTED?

If you have a personal spirituality that you are happy to share along with how you understand how this influences therapy, and you would like to participate in this study please get in touch via email.
