The professional experiences and challenges of EAP counsellors in the UK

This MSc Occupational Psychology study (University of Nottingham) explores the professional experiences, challenges and support needs of counsellors who deliver therapy through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), a group whose perspective is rarely heard in existing research.

Who can take part: Qualified counsellors/psychotherapists who currently work (or have worked) within UK-based EAPs.

What's involved: One voluntary, confidential interview of around 45–60 minutes, online via Microsoft Teams or in person. All data is anonymised.
