I have wide experience of working within the NHS, private healthcare settings, addiction clinics / hospitals and have been in private practice over a number of years.   I offer space and time for you to consider the difficulties, dilemmas and concern鈥�

I am Kathryn, a fully qualified and 糖心官网 registered counsellor as well as an experienced coach trained and qualified by Cambridge University. I am therefore able to work a little differently from other counsellors. I also understand from experience h鈥�

I am a trauma-informed psychologist, a counsellor, and a psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents, and children. I use a range of therapeutic models including Integrative, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive 鈥�
