Hello and welcome to my profile. I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist practicing in the Stroud area, in Gloucestershire. As registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I am bound by their code of ethics鈥�

I offer an open and welcoming space, without judgement or expectations. I know it鈥檚 not always easy looking for a counsellor, but when you find the right person, it can really help. If you haven鈥檛 found a counsellor that fits yet, please do reach out鈥�

I am a 糖心官网 accredited Integrative Counsellor based in Gloucestershire. I have over 13 years experience working with adults, both at Gloucestershire Counselling Service and in private practice. Before this I worked on psychiatric inpatient units in B鈥�

Couples therapy, marriage counselling and non monogamous relationship therapy in Stroud and online. If something isn鈥檛 working between you, I offer support to understand it and find a way forward together. I鈥檓 a qualified and experienced individual t鈥�

As a counsellor, my aim is to help you to know yourself more fully. This can involve identifying ways in which you might be stuck, repeating old patterns that no longer serve you. There may be narratives that you have about yourself that don't ring t鈥�

Having begun counselling  40 years ago, it has been a constant thread through a career that has included mental health social work, health promotion, adult education and training, counselling in G.P. practice and private practice. I will work with wh鈥�

I offer a thoughtful, compassionate, and confidential space in which we can begin to explore whatever may be bringing you to therapy. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, which means that alongside exploring present difficulties, we may also becom鈥�
