In my work I create a space for you to explore the issues that have brought you to therapy. You are provided with a non judgmental place where you are seen, heard and allowed to be yourself. You are in charge of the therapy and do not have to go anyw鈥�

I support people dealing with loss, anxiety and change in life either through a variety of talking therapies including CBT, psychodynamic and EMDR. It may be grief following bereavement, the ending of a relationship, loss of a job, change in circumst鈥�
