I am a Humanistic counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Oxford. My work is shaped by experience in counselling and trauma-informed settings, supporting adults through periods of emotional鈥�

I am an integrative therapist in his 52nd year on this Earth and have lived in London for much of my life. I have also enjoyed travelling and experiencing different cultures. Listening to others and trying to understand their worlds is something that鈥�

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with over ten years experience. I have worked in NHS settings; running counselling services in doctor鈥檚 surgeries and as a counsellor in a Bereavement Service. I have also worked for R鈥�

At present, all sessions are by Zoom or by phone. I am an integrative, relational psychotherapist. Whatever your challenges, I believe that healing and transformation can occur within therapy when someone is alongside you to help make sense of them. 鈥�

I am also an accredited Family Mediator FMCA (for divorce and separation) and OCN accredited Workplace Mediator.
