People come to therapy for many different reasons, but often it is linked to the impact of past or ongoing distressing experiences. You may be trying to cope with something that has happened recently, or something from much earlier in your life that 鈥�

I believe having a space to talk privately is hugely important to some of us, and in Therapy you can find a way of giving yourself permission to express what you feel and think about issues that are of concern to you, and to share this at your own pa鈥�

I offer face-to-face sessions at The Therapy Centre (central Reading) and Wokingham Therapy Clinic (Wokingham town centre), as well as online sessions. Online sessions will be conducted with the same privacy as you would expect in face-to-face sessio鈥�
