Hello and welcome. I am a psychodynamic therapist working with individuals and couples who are facing difficulties in getting what they want out of life today, as well as thinking about how earlier experiences and relationships might be playing a par鈥�

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I work differently with each client, drawing on different elements of theory and practice to create a way of working that is unique to the presenting needs. With a person-centred leaning, I will seek to treat鈥�

Life can look successful on the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. Many men carry silent pressure 鈥� to stay strong, to keep going, to provide, to 鈥渟ort it out鈥� themselves. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, frustration, disconnect鈥�

My background is in the area of psychology and mental health. My approach to counselling is integrative. I use a blend of several methods and theories to support clients through their difficulties. This includes person-centred therapy, attachment, co鈥�
