I offer a person centred and integrative approach to counselling.  I aim to provide you with a safe, caring and confidential space in which you can be heard, understood and start to explore and express difficulties and pain.  I can draw on a variety 鈥�

There are many reasons we can seek out therapy but it's usually when something isn't working with how we are living. It may be that there is suffering that's never been expressed or acknowledged, a vague sense of something being 'off', or perhaps we 鈥�

Looking for a therapist can be a daunting experience, especially if things are tough for you right now, but you have taken the first step! I have experienced many times, both as a counsellor and personally in therapy, how people begin to feel less bu鈥�

I work with people who feel stuck and want to create more movement in their life. Movement is the capacity to change. We are most alive when we are moving forward in a way that aligns with who we are and what we want. It鈥檚 developing the capacity to 鈥�

  I trained as a psychotherapist and coach in London, having studied Law, International Relations, Finance and Marketing in Rio de Janeiro. Having more than 25 years experience as a working psychotherapist and coach in London, I specialised in bereav鈥�
