There are moments in everyone´s lives where we could do with some extra support. Just as we would visit a medical doctor to help heal our physical ailments, at times in order to thrive we need to work on our psychological wellbeing too. I work in a c鈥�

I am a Registered Counsellor at the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (since 2013) and Senior Counsellor at the Little Portion Community Project (since 2010), a small mental health charity of which the patron is a retired Supreme Co鈥�
