I am a freelance, Anglican Clergyman who has practised counselling for nearly 39 years and coached for the last 15 years. I value working with people who desire to grow, find purpose, freedom from unresolved issues and self worth. I work with people 鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I use different theories depending on what issues you bring and what you want to achieve from counselling. The main approaches I use are person-centred counselling and cognitive behavioural techniques.鈥�

Coaching can deliver results without a deeper understanding of self. Insight can deliver awareness without change. I combine deep therapeutic insight with practical change, recognising when depth, or movement is required, so that in understanding you鈥�
