I provide therapy using psychodynamic and acceptance and commitment (ACT) approaches. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on understanding unconscious behavioural patterns. ACT is a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that incorporates mindfulness.鈥�
