I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working in private practice with individuals, groups, and couples. I have worked in several settings including the NHS, Palliative Care, and the Ministry of Justice.   Psychotherapy and 鈥�

I am dual-trained in counselling and coaching. Combining these two approaches allows for a deeper understanding of what鈥檚 going on and why, and, in time, a focus on what could be different. I specialise in helping clients with: Stress, anxiety, and b鈥�

Here is a little bit about me. My journey to becoming a qualified counsellor began with personal experiences. Struggling with dyslexia in school and facing significant life challenges, including loss and navigating complexed family dynamics, led me t鈥�

I work collaboratively with clients, offering a safe, non-judgemental space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning I place great importance on building a ge鈥�
