Hi, my name is Kate and I have been providing counselling to adults for over 10 years now. I work in a collaborative way to support you in whatever it is that brings you to counselling. I offer a free 40 minute initial meeting either on the telephone鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor with additional specialist training in trauma therapy. I offer a warm and caring environment where you have the freedom to explore the issues that are impacting negatively on your life; to feel heard and not judged. Th鈥�

I offer a range of support models including EMDR and am led by each client as to what they are hoping to achieve from the therapy and how they wish to engage in the counselling process.

I am Rebekah, a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering online therapy to help you navigate and reflect on the difficulties or problems you may be experiencing.  I believe a relationship of trust between me and you is important. In our sessions I will 鈥�
