Welcome. My name is Agnieszka, but I am better known as 鈥淎ggie鈥�. I am an enthusiastic and professional counsellor, interested in facilitating people鈥檚 full potential. For the past 10 years, I have been working therapeutically across a range of settin鈥�

As an integrative counsellor, I use different therapeutic approaches, to help support what we are working with.  Therapy is a place to come and talk about your life, in a non-judgemental, holding space, to explore what is happening for you, to unders鈥�

With over 20 years experience of working with people in the community, mentoring, coaching and working in education, I have worked with a huge variety of people and circumstances to help people become the best version of themselves. I can work throu鈥�

What I enjoy most about my job as a counsellor is working with adults who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences. These adverse childhood experiences can leave us with feelings of inadequacy, low self esteem and anxiety. They can also go on t鈥�

I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, or what to do.  What I am here for is to listen to you in a non-judgemental, empathic way. To help you explore what's going on in the many facets of your life and any decisions you need to make. I belie鈥�

  I have twelve years' experience of working with many aspects of trauma, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem and family issues - in fact with anything a client finds troubling! I am also happy to work with neurodiverse clients and those working 鈥�

CHILDREN  I work online or face to face with your child and we play games depending on the child or use play therapy to help them build confidence and share their thoughts without being intrusive.  I have worked with children for many years and have 鈥�

Perhaps you're feeling trapped or blocked by the past, confused knowing there must be more to life. Or perhaps you feel in the depths of despair with feelings of stress, depression, anxiety living in survival mode or recently grieving from a bereavem鈥�
