I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with 20 or more years of experience, helping clients with affordable CBT for a wide range of difficulties. C.B.T. aims to make an impact in a short or medium term. Recently I graduated to other ways of working 鈥�

I work with people whose inner worlds are complex鈥攚hose thoughts loop, emotions run deep, and lives don鈥檛 fit into neat boxes. My clients are often thinkers, feelers, and outsiders: neurodivergent minds, LGBTQ+ people, creatives, and those who鈥檝e liv鈥�

I offer Face-to-Face (in person session), Video, or phone based sessions. Using Person Centred, and/ or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I will tailor my approach to meet your requirements drawing on a range of tools and techniques with a proven track 鈥�

I work entirely remotely:  either on the 'phone, or via Zoom - whichever you prefer. While some people worry that therapy would work for them only if they see someone face-to-face, in my experience, progress is often much faster, when working remotel鈥�

I am a person centred therapist, using a range of integrative therapies to meet the needs of my client.  I believe that everyone has the potential for change; this comes through working together in a gentle, progressive manner, equipping you with the鈥�
