About me & my therapy practice I鈥檓 a British-trained psychotherapist and the founder of Woodward Wellbeing, working with adults who are navigating change, loss, and periods of personal transition. My work focuses on trauma, addiction, and neurodivers鈥�

While working for a number of charities and in private practice, I  gained experience of working with a broad range of clients with Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Abuse, Relationship problems, Low self esteem, Suicidal idealization, Trauma an鈥�

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with over ten years experience. I have worked in NHS settings; running counselling services in doctor鈥檚 surgeries and as a counsellor in a Bereavement Service. I have also worked for R鈥�

I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering online therapy in both English and Spanish. My practice is grounded in the Person-Centred approach, which means I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change when they are met 鈥�

 I offer integrative counselling, with a person-centred approach, to my clients, catering to their individual needs. My passion is to help others find meaning and purpose in life, deal with their daily stressors, and become a better version of themse鈥�

I am a qualified teacher, therapist and coach with over 15 years of experience. I love working with children and have always been inspired to support young people to thrive.

I fit the therapy to meet individual client needs. I work collaboratively with my client's to set achievable goals. I like to work with clients that are motivated to make changes, and I support them to do so. 

How we relate to ourselves and to others impacts how we think, feel and function. I work to shed light on how our relationships past and present shape us and how we can get stuck repeating patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us. If we feel mis鈥�

I have a passion for young people鈥檚 mental health and have worked with young people for over 15 years. I work primarily with those aged 13-26 years old.I also have a thriving private practice where I work with a mix of 18 and under,  and 18 and over.鈥�
