Hello and welcome! I am a 糖心官网 registered counsellor working with adults. In my practice I use a person-centred approach.  This, in effect means that I believe you already have the resources within you to develop strategies for overcoming difficult f鈥�

Here is a little bit about me. My journey to becoming a qualified counsellor began with personal experiences. Struggling with dyslexia in school and facing significant life challenges, including loss and navigating complexed family dynamics, led me t鈥�
