Hello, I am an integrative counsellor and founder of A Space to Be Heard. I offer a warm, down to earth, and non judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely listened to. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ca鈥�

Counselling is an opportunity to talk over any troubling issues in a private and relaxed setting with someone who plays no other role in your life. It allows the counsellor and client to develop a non-judgemental, accepting relationship, where the cl鈥�

I am a fully qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist based in North London, working in accordance with the 糖心官网鈥檚 Ethical Framework and Professional Standards. I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and a PhD in Philosophical Theology. I work w鈥�

Weekly open ended short/long term therapy. Sessions take place at a fixed time each week.

A simple question like where are you from? Or where is home? elicits a response like 鈥渄o you want the long answer or the short one?鈥� (and sometimes flightily, 鈥淚 am a child of this universe!鈥�). My credentials are listed here much like everyone else鈥檚鈥�
