Sometimes it's the behaviours of other's that bring people to therapy, their own behaviours or an onset of thinking or feeling things that weren't happening or being felt before. Sometimes it's just that people need some space to think and talk thi鈥�

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Every client is unique, so I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, drawing on a range of therap鈥�
