My work includes one to one and couples therapy. At present, I can only do face 2 face to clients in the Hull or London areas. I can offer online/ telephone for anyone outside these areas. By working together, we can look to identify and explore nega鈥�

I mainly offer counselling outdoors in and around Sheffield and the Peak District with some sessions available online. Being outside naturally lowers stress, supports nervous system regulation, and helps clients feel more grounded. Walking side-by-s鈥�
