My counselling approach is mainly person-centred counselling. In summary, this is a non-directive approach which aims to put you in control of your therapy and healing. When working with you using this approach I will support you, rather than direct 鈥�

Sometimes it's the behaviours of other's that bring people to therapy, their own behaviours or an onset of thinking or feeling things that weren't happening or being felt before. Sometimes it's just that people need some space to think and talk thi鈥�

At the heart of my practice is a cutting-edge approach to psychotherapy known as Internal Family Systems or IFS, and I integrate humanistic and psychodynamic therapies into this from person-centred and Jungian perspectives respectively. What ties my 鈥�
