I founded Holden Place Therapy to create a calm, reflective space for those living with grief, loss, trauma, and the complex emotions that come with life鈥檚 inevitable changes. My vision brings together warmth, integrity, and professional care to supp鈥�

I trained as a relational and integrative counsellor, which means that I can bring a number of approaches to help with a problem. I work with adults, primarily face to face. I will be interested in the experiences that have shaped you; your childhood鈥�

In my therapy sessions, we will work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. I will help you 鈥渞e-frame鈥� your reactions and provide you with valuable and practical tools to help you cope with life鈥檚 obstacles. I鈥檓 confid鈥�
