I have over 11 years of experience as a person centred therapist, and my training and delivery in ACT and as a CBT coach practitioner, I have provided counselling to individuals facing a range of challenges, including bereavement, anxiety, depression鈥�

I work in an Integrative way which means that I do not believe there is one model of counselling which is suited to all people as each one of us is a unique individual and should be considered  as such. I qualified as a Counsellor in 1999 and lecture鈥�
