I offer a compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is person-centred and integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to meet your individu鈥�

I offer open-ended, short, or long-term therapy depending on what your needs are. I work online via Google Meet. I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation, and if you decide to go ahead, we will see each other weekly for a 50-minute session. 90鈥�
