I work with adults who are outwardly functioning but internally struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or relationship stress. As a dual-accredited psychotherapist, I combine relational therapy with practical, evidence-informed methods in online sess鈥�

I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation where we discuss how we want to work together which includes if that is in-person, telephone or online. I use zoom for online sessions. Sessions are usually weekly at the same time and day for 50minutes鈥�
