Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I鈥檓 a counsellor and psychotherapist with over 26 years of clinical experience. I am a Certified Clinical Integrated Therapist trained in Psychodynamic, Person-Centered (Humanistic) and Cognitive 鈥�

I have over 20 years experience working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist offering individual and Couples Therapy as well as EMDR.  I am currently offering and will continue to offer zoom/skype sessions.  I will be resuming face to face sessions in the鈥�

Whether we have outwardly seeming successful careers and family lives, or are still working out what we want our lives to look like, in today鈥檚 society we all increasingly need a space to share, feel, process and breathe - away from the stresses and 鈥�

My therapeutic approach is primarily humanistic and is led by you. I may borrow from other theories as appropriate. A typical therapy session may consist of listening to what you have to say and then responding with comment, question or a request for鈥�

I am a level 6 integrative adult therapist, and a level 5 children and young person鈥檚 therapist.  I have gained experience working both male and female survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence. As well as clients with general anxiety, neurodiv鈥�

I am a person-centred/integrative  counsellor of adult individuals & couples.  I work collaboratively with clients, to help them identify & explore the areas of their lives that are stuck or problematic. I am like a curious traveller, walking with th鈥�

People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they鈥檙e feeling, only that something doesn鈥檛 feel right. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate presence as we begin to explore what鈥檚 going on underneath. I work integrativel鈥�
