My name is Helein, I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and adoption support counsellor with a private practice in London and online. I work with a number of issues including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem to name but a few.  My specialis鈥�

I offer remote and walk & talk counselling, many clients can benefit from telephone or online counselling, as well as getting out into nature. By choosing telephone and/or online counselling, you can access your sessions in the comfort of your own h鈥�

I am a Registered Accredited Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. I work with general issues and in addition to this I have a special interest and experience of working with bereavement, life limiting illness, anyone affected by cancer this includes p鈥�

Currently I am working in person and online (Zoom) Monday - Wednesday. For those able to attend locally,  I work in person from my Grasmere consulting room. I hold a short waiting list, prioritising those who can attend in person. I have more than 30鈥�
