I founded Past 2 Present Counselling after experiencing life changing therapy myself. My Vision is to be a beacon of support and guidance in the counselling field, empowering individuals like you across the UK and Europe to achieve your fullest poten鈥�

I'm a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and a Training Candidate in Jungian Psychoanalysis, practicing online and in Margate and London. I specialise in working with women and LGBT鈥�

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in cycles of overthinking, struggling with self-doubt, or finding it difficult to switch off from your thoughts. Perhaps stress, low mood, burnout, or a sense of feeling 鈥渟tuck鈥� has started to affect 鈥�

I work integratively and relationally, drawing on my training as a therapist alongside coaching tools where helpful. I work best with people who are ready to engage honestly with themselves and take responsibility for the areas of their life that are鈥�

I work with a range of therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt, Person鈥慍entred Therapy, and Transactional Analysis, allowing me to tailor our work to what best supports you as an individual. My practice is also grounded in holistic training in Body鈥�
