Welcome to my page, I am an  experienced counsellor/supervisor who over the years has worked with adults, children and young people. I work in schools/children's services and combine room based sessions with equine assisted therapy if desired.  I des鈥�

I work as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt our work to what feels most supportive for you. This can include elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and creative therapies, woven in鈥�

My practice specialises in all forms of high anxiety; stress; complex trauma; childhood sexual abuse; and relationships. I have previously worked for Sexual Abuse/Rape organisation; a Christian Counselling Service; Mental Health charity; Male Rape/Ab鈥�
