Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you have been coping alone or feeling unsure where to turn. You might be feeling anxious, low or stuck- perhaps struggling with relationships, self esteem, or the impact of past exp鈥�

I offer Individual Counselling, EMDR Therapy and Couples Counselling in-person and online from my air conditioned counselling cabin in Fleet, Hampshire. I believe in kindness, compassion and understanding and will work collaboratively with you provid鈥�
