Our work together will include bringing awareness in the present moment, allowing you to notice your experience as it takes place. Awareness in the present moment, otherwise called mindfulness, allows a shift (and relief) from our patterns and suffer鈥�

I work in-depth with people who are struggling day-to-day or are feeling unfulfilled in their lives. Having trained in an NHS psychotherapy unit, I am well versed in working with a wide variety of hardships. In addition, I worked in corporate setting鈥�

At times, life can feel overwhelming- especially when anxiety, stress or perinatal changes begin to cloud your sense of peace and affect your daily life. You may be finding that low self esteem or confidence is affecting where you would like to be in鈥�

I鈥檓 an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor the work to you as an individual. My focus isn鈥檛 on labels or predefined categories, but on your unique experience鈥攈ow things are affecting you, what they鈥�

I work with individuals from all backgrounds either face-to-face in Surrey or London and online. I have experience of working with anxiety, panic disorders, depression, OCD and self-esteem, anger issues, stress, burnout and relationship difficulties.鈥�
