I am an experienced counsellor, mainly working short term with  individual adults and couples in a peaceful and private setting.   I welcome face to face and also online clients, providing a supportive, non-judgemental environment for clients to work鈥�

My approach to therapy is based on the view that body, soul, spirit are interconnected. I have trained in psychodynamic therapy, integrative therapy and anthroposophic psychotherapy, a bio-psycho-social-spiritual to therapy inspired by the work of Ru鈥�
