My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�

Over 14 years experience within the NHS and private practice settings. I offer both individual and couples counselling.  I support young people and adults from aged 15 years and upwards, working with a range of difficulties clients may be experiencin鈥�

 I am an EMDR Therapist and integrative counsellor. I provide counselling in person and online. I provide a warm and non judgemental environment to support you in exploring and understanding the issues you are struggling with.

I work primarily with people experiencing anxiety, especially when this is linked to feelings of low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence. I also help individuals and couples who are having relationship problems. I make every effort to ensure that鈥�
