I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor working with adults. The way I work is through the person-centred modality, which is a humanistic, non-directive approach offering a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore whatev鈥�

There are times in everyone's life when things can feel overwhelming. At others, we can find ourselves repeating unhelpful or destructive patterns in our behaviour or relationships. At these difficult, and sometimes very distressing times, therapy c鈥�

I bring 25 years of training and life experience to my face-to-face therapeutic work with both couples and with individuals. I have two sides to my practice, one as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and the other as a couple therapist. You can contact鈥�
