I am a bilingual Spanish-English psychodynamic counsellor located in Hertfordshire. I offer both in-person sessions locally and online sessions to clients across the nation. I specialise in addressing complex emotional challenges. If you are experien鈥�

I work both short and long term, depending on your needs. I offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as well as Psychodynamic therapy.
