Integrative Counselling:  I use several different therapeutic approaches, integrating Person-Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) and Transpersonal therapies. My work is also deeply influenced by my training and experience in Mindfulness.鈥�

In a fast-paced world, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can slow down and thoroughly explore what has caused you to seek therapy at this time. You can leave the stresses and pressures of the world outside my therapy room and relax. F鈥�

My approach is structured, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I begin by getting a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy and what you鈥檇 like to achieve. Together, we鈥檒l identify specific goals and develop a plan that鈥�

In our lifetime we all might encounter challenging periods and can find ourselves struggling to cope with these. These challenges may differ from person to person; e.g. for some they might be around emotional issues, for others particular life events鈥�

I believe therapy should be a personal and individual experience. Everyone brings their own life experiences, so no two therapeutic journeys will be the same. It is important to me that clients feel they have a voice and an active role in their thera鈥�
