I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist coming up to 28 years, during this period I have been a clinical supervisor and have lectured in Counselling and psychotherapy, from certificate to MSc levels. I am committed to providing quality individua鈥�

My Qualifications and Experience I am a Therapist trained in Transactional Analysis, with a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Prior to being a therapist, I have had over 24 years working in various supporting roles 鈥� with adults, students, yo鈥�

In our lifetime we all might encounter challenging periods and can find ourselves struggling to cope with these. These challenges may differ from person to person; e.g. for some they might be around emotional issues, for others particular life events鈥�

Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling 鈥渢oo much鈥�, 鈥渘ot enough鈥�, or as though they needed to hide parts of themselves to stay safe. You may have grown up with a parent who was controlling, critical or emotionally unpredictable, or yo鈥�

I work as a counsellor and supervisor offering sessions in Welsh or English. I have qualified and worked as a counsellor for over 20 years. I have a Masters degree in counselling and am a registered and accredited member of 糖心官网. Over the years鈥�

It can often feel lonely in life, even though we might be surrounded by many people, at times we may not feel fully heard or truly understood. I aim to provide a safe space where you are able to express your thoughts and feelings around any past or p鈥�

You are not looking for a therapist who is going to need you to explain yourself. You are not looking for someone who will treat your identity as the interesting feature of the room, or as a complication, or as something they are politely trying to e鈥�
