I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. This enables me to draw upon different modalities in response to each individuals needs. I work from a feminist framework and have a psychodynamic, relational, person-centered approach.  I offer sup鈥�

I am a neurodivergent integrative counsellor, play therapist and therapeutic coach. I am qualified in a range of evidence-based and creative therapeutic approaches, including person-centred counselling, CBT, Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, motivational鈥�

I have been practising counselling/psychotherapy for 18 years in ; GP practices, Substance misuse services, community settings including school - working with individuals and groups of people including those with multiple complex issues. I work with 鈥�
