Before I'm a therapist, I'm a person who has been somewhere real. I entered residential rehabilitation in 2004. What changed me wasn't a programme or a technique 鈥� it was being genuinely met by someone who didn't look away. That experience is the fou鈥�

I am a Person-Centred counsellor and psychotherapist and my approach is rooted in the belief that therapy works best when you feel genuinely valued and accepted.  My clients often come to therapy feeling weighed down by experiences that are hard to p鈥�

We don鈥檛 always find it easy to acknowledge when we are struggling with anxiety and finding it hard to cope, feeling overwhelmed with loss or facing difficulties in a relationship.  Our day to day lives involve so many demands that it can be an effor鈥�
