Hello, my name is Debbie. I am a fully qualified counsellor with over 15 years鈥� experience with both adults and adolescents. My training is at postgraduate level in integrative counselling. This means I can bring more flexibility to my work, drawing鈥�

I work with the Person-Centred approach, which enables you to work at your own pace and to bring whatever you need to explore to each session. I also work using EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) techniques. I can offer a safe, confidential space to talk 鈥�
