I am passionate about my role as a therapist.  I understand that often taking those first steps into therapy can be daunting. I will work at your pace. I aim for you to feel heard and valued and hope that through our sessions you will be able to unde鈥�

Entering into counselling can feel like a big step, and understandably, you may be concerned about what the process involves. Simply put, counselling allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental space, giving you the op鈥�

I am a qualified and experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma In Psychology alongside Diplomas in both Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling and CBT.  Hope is often the one thing that motivates us to keep going鈥�

The most common 5 words I hear in in the therapy room are 鈥測ou must think I鈥檓 crazy鈥� I never do! If you are feeling it; it is valid. What can sometimes happen is feelings get confused with facts. I will sit with you while you explore those things and鈥�
