I have learned that the most important part of your therapy journey is for me to be authentic and present,to listen and create space for you to feel at ease to talk and explore what is troubling you and for you to feel confident I will not judge and 鈥�

It can feel scary and awkward to talk about things that are causing upset and it's natural to worry about whether we can trust another with our thoughts and feelings. I am therefore committed to finding ways to work together that suit the needs of t鈥�

You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or suicidal thoughts. You might be worrying there is something wrong with you, or feel isolated. It may be that you have had a relationship breakdown, suffered a bereavement, or be worrying鈥�

 I work with people from all different backgrounds with many different struggles and I bring my own experiences of cancer, family difficulties, OCD, menopause, women who are childless and neurodiversity to my work. Lets chat and see if what is bother鈥�

I offer face-to-face, telephone and Zoom video-call sessions.  For face-to-face sessions, my counselling venue is a self-contained room in the tranquil surroundings of my garden.  Whether working face-to-face, over the phone or on Zoom, I strive to c鈥�

I have over 25 years experience in the fields of psychotherapy and counselling. I am an experienced supervisor and currently supervise both new and experienced therapists. I have previously coordinated a bereavement counselling service and worked in 鈥�

I offer highly confidential, client focussed Psychotherapy and Counselling at my practice in Thatcham, Berkshire. There is also an option to have therapy via Skype if you are unable to attend face to face sessions. Psychotherapy and counselling offer鈥�
