Life can be somewhat challenging and overwhelming at times. Counselling is a process that gives you space and time, in a confidential environment that allows you to express yourself freely, enabling you to make better sense of your feelings, emotions鈥�

My approach is integrative. I have over 25 years experience in offering counselling and psychotherapy in private practice and have also worked for a number of organisations in the public and private sector.  Additionally I offer short courses in Well鈥�
