I work only privately as a counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor mainly at Southside Therapy Centre in Edinburgh. But I do see disabled people elsewhere by arrangement. The core of my own practice is part Buddhist, part influenced by Rudolf Stei鈥�

Adults 鈥婭 am trained in both Psychodynamic and Person-Centred counselling models, but I also use an eclectic approach combining a range of other counselling approaches this enables me to provide strategies, meditation, and other useful resources. Chi鈥�
