How I work My approach combines a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive and behavioural therapies and humanistic approaches, which are tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Therapy is my second career having worked for many years 鈥�

I offer open-ended or short term therapy.  I have some reduced fee spaces for people who are out of work, on a low income or studying full time. I deliver long-term face-to-face work, online therapy and short-term face-to-face work
