I work in an integrative way, drawing on Transactional Analysis, Gestalt therapy, and Person-Centred counselling. I tailor my approach to each client, recognising that no single model fits everyone. Each client is unique and uses different ways of ex鈥�

I offer a welcoming and relaxed therapeutic atmosphere, in which we can comfortably discuss any issues you might be facing. While the work is tailored to your individual needs, I often draw from the existential (big questions in life), the humanistic鈥�

I use a variety of models and tools depending on your needs. I have an MA and PGCIP (5 years) in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's university, London. I have a certificate in adult ADHD and currently undertake a certificate in EMDR. Prior 鈥�
