It can be hard living with a difficulty that you have been struggling with for some time or perhaps a more recent issue is troubling you. You may be feeling overwhelmed, trying to cope with anxiety or depression, or you may need to talk about your fe鈥�

I am an experienced and accredited counsellor working with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of difficulties, or relationship issues, on both a long and a short term basis. I  also offer fortnightly or monthly Clinical Supervision ses鈥�

I offer therapy which is essentially about finding out what is affecting you, the client.  I trained as a Humanistic therapist but have found that a range of interventions may need to be employed to help get to the root of the problem.   We work with鈥�
