I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor and I work with adolescents, adults and couples. I am LGBTQIA+ conscious and I specialise in ADHD. I understand that seeking therapy can be an anxiety-provoking time, and my aim is to provide a relaxed, non-judgemental鈥�

I work with clients in therapy to establish and eliminate the blocks that might be preventing you from living life to the fullest.
