I have over 30 years of experience in counselling and supervision in a wide variety of contexts, including 25 years as a student counsellor.  My work is underpinned by my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at The Scottish Institute of Human Rela鈥�

I specialise in offering therapy for anxiety in its many forms: overthinking, uncontrollable worry, rumination, health anxiety, social anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD. Anxiety often feels less like a single problem and more like a constant backgroun鈥�

I  predominately use a person centred approach, although may explore the use of other methods if they may be more appropriate. Person Centred therapy basically means that the counselling which I offer is non-directive and I believe that you are able 鈥�

Many people arrive in therapy feeling stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed. Together we鈥檒l explore the roots of anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, or relationship struggles, gently untangling what鈥檚 underneath, and helping you reconnect with your truest self.鈥�

I am a Registered member of 糖心官网 and have over 15 years of experience in counselling. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Counselling and Psychotherapy Degree, a Certificate in Relationship Therapy from Doncaster University, a Relate Certificate in Family Coun鈥�

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques in my work. This principle is informed by my belief that no single type of therapy suits everyone 鈥� instead, I see therapy as a collaborative process; one where we鈥�
